The Gosaikunda Holy Lake trek is in Langtang National Park and takes in the high-altitude freshwater lake of Gosaikunda. The altitude of Gosaikunda Lake is 4,380m from sea. Dhunche is the starting & ending point to Gosaikunda Holy lake trek. There are road to Dhunche which is district head office of Rasuwa district of Nepal. The Dhunche to Gosaikunda trek is a well-known trekking route in the Langtang region of Nepal. It is a moderate to difficult trip that takes you through lush forests, alpine meadows, glacier lakes, and breathtaking Himalayan scenery. The Dhunche to Gosaikunda Distance is approximately 18 kilometers.

Asian Hiking Team drive from Kathmandu to Dhunche by tourist coach. It is 122KM from Kathmandu, takes 4–6 hours. Upon arrival in Dhunche our team final backpack and start hiking to Deurali. It is a short trek, so takes 1.30 to 2 hours. On the next day, we trek all the way to Gosaikunda Lake. Gosaikunda is the Holy Lake. There are 108 lakes surrounding the Gosaikunda area, but the Gosaikunda is the biggest and famous Lake according to Hindus mythology. On the third day, explore the Gosaiunda Lake and Surye peak then trek return to Sing Gomba also known as Chandanbari. In our itinerary we mentioned all the way to Sing Gomba (Chandanbari) however if all members are fine continues trek to Dhunche as well. The final day we trek to Dhunche and drive to Kathmandu.

Day 01: Kathmandu to Dhunche by Bus/Jeep 5-6 hours’ drive and trek to Deurali (2630m) 2 hours, overnight at hotel.

Day 02: Deurali to Gosaikunda (4380m) trekking 5-6 hours, overnight at hotel.

Day 03: Gosaikunda to Sing Gomba also known as Chandanbari (3250m), 4-6 hours trekking, overnight at hotel.

Day 04: Sing Gomba (Chandanbari) trek to Dhunche (1950m) 2-3 hours and drive to Kathmandu by Bus/Jeep, 4-6 hours, transfer to hotel.
