Nepal-Poland friendship Mera peak climbing arrived

A new Mera peak climbing group arrived on May 2. Asian Hiking Team begins a trekking route to the foot of Mera Peak.

Hello to everyone from Nepal from a new group called "Nepal-Poland friendship, Mera peak climbing "!

Yesterday, our team leader, Mr Suman, welcome the team members for Mera peak climbing. We walked around Thamel, the tourist area of the city, bought the missing equipment, renting the sleeping bags, payment. A short walked to Kathmandu Durbar square in the evening. We held a briefing, decided on plans for the next day early morning at 5am.

Today (May 3), we moved to Lukla, from where our journey towards the summit of Mera Peak will begin! The group is leading the Mountain climbing guide, Mr. Dawa Sherpa. Today we are a short trek to Chutanga. We have rest on the next day, getting used to the new altitude (2800). We are planning to cross over the Zetrala-pass to reach Khare Camp within a week trekking. Two nights rest in Khare and push direct to high camp. Finally, we will push the Mera true summit 6447m and return same way to Lukla and flight back to Kathmandu.
