Pharchamo or Pacharmo Peak 6187m is a beautiful snowy peak lying south of Tashi Lapcha. Pharchamo peak has a north-by-northwest ridge, which rises from the crevasses' glacier astride the Tashi Lapcha. The face of the ridge forms a uniform slope broken by crevasse and series rising from the rocky lower buttresses above the Drolambau Glaciers in the west.
Rolwaling valley is the main access to Pharchamo, though that route was closed for most of the 1980s due to potential dangers to porters crossing the Tashi Lapcha. The only other alternative route is from the Khumbu side via Namche Bazar and Thame. Pharchamo Peak was first climbed in 1955.

Day by Day Itinerary:
Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu; transfer to the Hotel.
Day 02: Sightseeing around Kathmandu valley, preparation for trip, overnight at hotel.
Trekking Start
Day 03: Kathmandu to Lukla by flight and trek to Phakding (2640m), overnight at hotel.
Day 04: Phakding to Namche Bazar (3540m), overnight at hotel.
Day 05: Namche Bazar rest day for acclimatization, overnight at hotel.
Day 06: Namche to Thame (3800m), overnight at hotel.
Day 07: Trek to Thangba (4200m), overnight at hotel.
Day 08: Thankgba to Phachherma or Pacharmo base camp (5000m), overnight at Camp.
Day 09: Phachherma or Pacharmo Base Camp to High Camp (5600m), overnight at Camp.
Day 10: Summit up to Pachherma peak (6187m) and back to Base camp, overnight at camp.
Day 11: Trek to Thame (3800m), overnight at hotel.
Day 12: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3540m), overnight at hotel.
Day 13: Trek to Lukla (2840m), overnight at hotel.
Day 14: Flight to Kathmandu/Ramechhap to Kathmandu, transfer to hotel.
End trekking
Day 15: Rest at Kathmandu, overnight at hotel.
Day 16: Departure on your own destination.
