Day 01: Fly to Lukla, breakfast then trek to Chhutang (3450 m), overnight at lodge (B/L/D).
Note: in the season time, there are no direct flight to Lukla (air traffic in Kathmandu airport) so early morning drive to Ramechhap airport, 4 hours and flight to Lukla and continues trekking to Chhutanga.
Day 02: Chhutanga to Zatra La Pass (4600m) to Thuli Kharka, overnight at Lodge (B/L/D).
Day 03: Thuli Kharka to Kothe (3680m), overnight at Lodge (B/L/D).
Day 04: Kothe to Thangnag (4355m), overnight at Lodge (B/L/D).
Day 05: Thangnag to Khare Camp (5095m), overnight at Lodge (B/L/D).
Day 06: Khare Camp - Rest day for acclimatizing and pre-training, (B/L/D).
Day 07: Khare Camp to High Camp (5800m), tented camping (B/L/D).
Day 08: High Camp to Mera Peak Summit (6470m) return to High Camp or Base Camp, overnight Camp (B/L/D).
Day 09: High Camp to Hunku Khola (Khamabche or Kongma Dingma), 5 hours (4900 meters), overnight at the Camp (B/L/D).
Day 10: Hunku Khola (Khamabche or Kongma Dingma) to Panche Pokhari (5350 meters) or Seto Pokhari 5 hours, overnight at the Camp (B/L/D).
Day 11: Panche Pokhari (Seto Pokhari) to Amphulabtsa Base camp, 6 hours (5600 meters), overnight at the Camp (B/L/D).
Day 12: Amphulabtse Base camp to cross the Amphulabtse pass 5800m, trek to Chhukum 10–14 hours, overnight at hotel/Lodge (B/L/D).
Day 13: Acclimatization day – explore the valley (B/L/D).
Day 14: Chhukung to Island peak (Imja Tse) Base Camp (5100m), 3–4 hours, overnight at tented Camp (B/L/D).
Day 15: Island Base camp to Island Peak summit, 6160 m. & back to Island Base Camp 10–14 hours. Tented Camp (B/L/D).
Day 16: Island Base Camp to Dingboche 5–6 hours, overnight Hotel/Lodge (B/L/D).
Day 17: Dingboche to Lobuje/Lobuche 4930m. Overnight Hotel/Lodge (B/L/D).
Day 18: Lobuje to Gorepshep to Everest Base Camp, overnight Hotel/Lodge in Gorep-shep (B/L/D).
Day 19: Gorepshep to Kalapatter continues to Lobuje, overnight hotel (B/L/D).
Day 20: Lobuje to Lobuje High Camp (5510 m), 3–4 hours, overnight at Tented Camping (B/L/D).
Day 21: Lobuje High Camp to Lobuje Peak summit, 6119 m. & back to Lobuje high camp/Base camp, overnight at tented Camp (B/L/D).
Day 22: Lobuje Base Camp to Tengboche. Overnight Hotel/Lodge (B/L/D).
Day 23: Tengboche to Manju 2760m 5/6 hours, overnight in Hotel/Lodge (B/L/D).
Day 24: Manju to Lukla, overnight Hotel/Lodge (B/L/D).
Day 25: Lukla to Kathmandu by flight, then transfer to Hotel (B/L).

Early in the morning flight to Lukla. It takes around half an hour flight to reach Tenzing and Hillary airport, Lukla. Lukla is a small city in the lap of High Mountain. It is the commencement point of our trek. To meet Asian Hiking Team crews. After having breakfast, we start our trek to Chutang. The trail goes straight from Lukla climb one hour, then slightly ascends up to Chutanga 3 hours trekking. We have to walk through the pristine of Rhododendron (National flower of Nepal) and pine. It takes around 3/ 4 hours from Lukal to Chutang.

Day 02: Chhutanga to Zatra La Pass (4600m) to Thuli Kharka, overnight at Lodge (B/L/D).
After breakfast, we continue a long day walk around 6-7 hours crossing the Kalo Himal Ridge that separates the Khumbu from the Hinku valley that led across this ridge is the Zatrwa La, traversing to the right and finally descending steeply to ThuliKharka (big pasture) where there are several basic lodges, overnight in Lodge.
Day 03: Thuli Kharka to Kothe (3680m), overnight at Lodge (B/L/D).
After breakfast, the trails bring you up and down the valley. We pass Chterwa, Tashing Ongma to reach Mosom Kharka. Today we have lunch in Tashing Ongma then gradually climb to Mosom Kharka, 4/6 hours, Overnight at Lodge.
Day 04: Kothe to Thangnag (4355m), overnight at Lodge (B/L/D).
The Trial goes slightly up through the bank of Inkhu Khola. On the way there is a nice view of Mt. Charpate and Mera La. On the way we can see a Buddhist Gomba in the lap of a big rock, it takes 4/5 hours trekking to Tangnag, overnight in Lodge.
Day 05: Thangnag to Khare Camp (5095m), overnight at Lodge (B/L/D).
Today the trail slightly goes up around half an hour up to Dig Kharka, which offers a breathtaking view of Mt. Charpate. The routes continue slightly up towards Khare Camp. There is a small Sherpa village which offers nice accommodation which is situated in sloppy land surface, overnight at Lodge.
Day 06: Khare Camp - Rest day for acclimatizing and pre-training, (B/L/D).
Today also rest day in your trekking so either you can visit the Mera peak base camp or you can save your energy for climbing, see how the condition then you can decide. Learn and practice how to use equipment and safety, overnight in Lodge/Hotel.
Day 07: Khare Camp to High Camp (5800m), tented camping (B/L/D).
After hot breakfast, start walking on the way to Mera Base Camp. We need to cross Mera Glacier, and then we have to walk straight on ice for around half an hour. On the way see the nice view of Mera peak. After descending around 100 m, we will be at Mera Base camp for 3 hours. From Base camp we have to climb up towards High camp. The way was covered with ice. On the way we can see a nice and spectacular view of Mt. Everest (8848m), Mt. Cho Oyu (8201 m), Mt. Lhotse (8414m), Mt. Kanchenjunga and many more. High Camp is situated in the base of big rock, where we can feel quite warm, which offers a nice view of sunshine and sunset, 2 hours from Base Camp, overnight at tented Camp.
Day 08: High Camp to Mera Peak Summit (6470m) return to High Camp or Base Camp, overnight Camp (B/L/D).
Today is the most valuable day. We wake up around 1-2 am, prepare all the climbing gear. After a hot breakfast, we start to climb up. Slowly and gradually we continue climbing. If the weather is favorable, we will be at Mera central summit around 4–6 hours. Anyone can easily forget the tired when they were at the summit. From the summit of Mera you can see the magnificent and breathtaking view of high mountain ranges like; Mt. Everest (8848 m) and Mt. Lhotse (8501 m), Mt Nuptse (7855m), Lobuche peak (6119 m) to the north, Mt. Choyu (8201 m) and Mt. Amadamlam (6818 m) to the west, Mt. Kanchenjunga (8586 m), Mt. Makalu (8463 m) to the east, and many others. After spending around half an hour at the summit, then we started to descend to High camp. Continue descending to Base camp, overnight Base Camp or High Camp if you are OK and desire it's possible to come to Khare too, overnight Camp.
Note: Asian Hiking Team give you options where you can stay in either high camp or Base Camp or in Khare Camp because many climbers return to Khare Camp directly (it is not good). Many climbers suggest us one or two nights only camp and summits Mera Peak. However, if you want to stay at Base Camp on the first day and after the summit, let us know.
Day 09: High Camp to Hunku Khola (Khamabche or Kongma Dingma), 5 hours (4900 meters), overnight at the Camp (B/L/D).
Day 10: Hunku Khola (Khamabche or Kongma Dingma) to Panche Pokhari (5350 meters) or Seto Pokhari 5 hours, overnight at the Camp (B/L/D).
Day 11: Panche Pokhari (Seto Pokhari) to Amphulabtsa Base camp, 6 hours (5600 meters), overnight at the Camp (B/L/D).
Day 12: Amphulabtse Base camp to cross the Amphulabtse pass 5800m, trek to Chhukum 10–14 hours, overnight at hotel/Lodge (B/L/D).
Day 13: Acclimatization day – explore the valley (B/L/D).
Today is the rest day. After to cross the high pass of Amphulatche and Mera peak, we recommend you to save energy to rest and relax in Chhukum, overnight at hotel (B/L/D).
Day 14: Chhukung to Island peak (Imja Tse) Base Camp (5100m), 3–4 hours, overnight at tented Camp (B/L/D).
Today, our journey to Island Base Camp, so we need to check all the equipment and take hot breakfast and start walking at 8-9 am. Walking over the glacier with the beautiful view, it takes 3 to 4 hours. After we reach our staff fix the tent and camp side, have a hot lunch and climbing guide teach you about climbing, use ropes, security, and how to handle the emergency situation. Overnight in Camp with hot meals.
Day 15: Island Base camp to Island Peak summit, 6160 m. & back to Island Base Camp 10–14 hours. Tented Camp (B/L/D).
Very early may be 1 to 2 AM wake-up call, take some hot soup and start climbing, first we reach High Camp, something like 3 hours then continue walk to crampon point 2/3 hours, change all the equipment, leave non-necessary goods and start climbing. Time to reach the summit is difficult to tell you, may it take 2–4 hours from crampon point. Summit the Island Peak 6180 m and return to Base Camp, overnight in Base Camp, tented camp.
Day 16: Island Base Camp to Dingboche 5–6 hours, overnight Hotel/Lodge (B/L/D).
After a hot breakfast, treks all the same way return to Chhukum continues walk to Dingboche, 5–6 hours trekking, overnight at Lodge/hotel (B/L/D).
Day 17: Dingboche to Lobuje/Lobuche 4930m. Overnight Hotel/Lodge (B/L/D).
We climb half an hour to reach the ride of the Hill where we can see Makalu and many beautiful views. After that the trek to Dukla may we have lunch and climb to Dukla/Dukla pass where many memorial monuments who died in Everest summit. It takes 5 hours to Lobuje. Overnight lodge.
Day 18: Lobuje to Gorepshep to Everest Base Camp, overnight Hotel/Lodge in Gorep-shep (B/L/D).
Early in the morning leaving Lobuje, after lunch in Ghorab-sheep within 3 hours walk, we will head up to Everest Base camp (5365 meters), and return to Gorak-shep at elevation of 5180 meters at noon for our overnight stay. We walk over the moving stone with a jump, so it is hard to be careful to walk 5 hours. Overnight at Guest house with breakfast, lunch and dinner with hot drinks in Gorep-shep.
Day 19: Gorepshep to Kalapatter continues to Lobuje, overnight hotel (B/L/D).
After reaching Base camp of Everest our aim today is to Climb Kala Pattar (5545 meters). We start early morning before sunrise to reach the viewpoint that offers some of the best views of Mount Everest as well as other panoramas of the surrounding mountains. Kalapattar means “Black rock”, most excellent view point in the world. Returning to Hotel, after late breakfast descend to Lobuje, have lunch and check the equipment, meet the climbing guide, overnight at Tented Camp.
Day 20: Lobuje to Lobuje High Camp (5510 m), 3–4 hours, overnight at Tented Camping (B/L/D).
After breakfast, we push to high camp. Today is a short walk over the moving rock. We have not fixed the rope. Asian Hiking Team staff fix the camp, have lunch, then we walk for acclimatization and some training by a climbing guide. Save the energy for the next day, so we sleep early and start early the next day, overnight at camp.
Day 21: Lobuje High Camp to Lobuje Peak summit, 6119 m. & back to Lobuje high camp/Base camp, overnight at tented Camp (B/L/D).
Very early may be 1 to 2 AM wake-up call, take some hot soup and start climbing, Lobuje peak is a rock climb and also there are a few peaks, there is a mountain terrace. Summit the Lobuje Peak and return to Base Camp, overnight in Base Camp/ High Camp, overnight at tented camp.
Day 22: Lobuje Base Camp to Tengboche. Overnight Hotel/Lodge (B/L/D).
Trekking all the way return to Tengboche, 5/6 hours, overnight Lodge/hotel.
Day 23: Tengboche to Manju 2760m 5/6 hours, overnight in Hotel/Lodge (B/L/D).
Trekking all the way same return to Manju, 5/6 hours, overnight Lodge/hotel.
Day 24: Manju to Lukla, overnight Hotel/Lodge (B/L/D).
Trekking all the way same to Lukla, 4 hours, overnight Lodge/hotel.
Day 25: Lukla to Kathmandu by flight, then transfer to Hotel (B/L).
Early morning flight to Lukla, 35 minutes flight, transfer to hotel, end your trip, free and rest, overnight in Hotel.
